Mauro was awarded community action hero by Worcester Community Action Council, Community Hero by Worcester Magazine, Shine Award for his work in television, Telly Award winner, Pegasus Awards, and chosen as the most outstanding Italian American and Grand Marshal of the Columbus Day Parade 2017.

Over the past four years JAZZED UP has served as "HOUSE BAND" for over a year at:
Luciano's at UNION STATION, Byblos, Coral Seafood. Summer Series at Wayside Inn, and regular appearances at Oxfords Casual Dinning, and recently regulars at FISH Restaurant and Wine Bar, Marlboro. We performed Governor Baker's Inaugeral, and on WCCA TV seen world wide, WICN Radio .
